Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in: after 14:00

  • Check-out: until 11:00

  • Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request.

Respect for the Property

  • Please treat the villa and all items inside with care.

  • Any damage to furniture, appliances, or the jacuzzi may result in additional charges.

  • Report any issues immediately so we can assist you.

Noise & Privacy

  • Out of respect for other guests and the peaceful mountain environment, please keep noise levels low after 22:00.

  • Parties or loud gatherings are not allowed inside or around the villa.

Jacuzzi Usage

  • Please shower before entering the jacuzzi to maintain water quality.

  • Avoid using oils, bath bombs, or products that may damage the system.

  • For safety, do not leave children unattended in or near the jacuzzi.

  • Close the jacuzzi cover after use to keep heat and cleanliness.

Smoking Policy

  • Smoking is not allowed inside the villa.

  • You may smoke outside in designated areas or on the balcony.

  • Please use ashtrays and avoid throwing cigarette butts into nature.

Visitors

  • Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.

  • Visitors are welcome during the day as long as they follow the rules and respect the property.

Cleanliness

  • Please keep the villa in a reasonable condition during your stay.

  • Daily cleaning or mid-stay cleaning can be arranged upon request.

  • Place garbage in the designated bins outside the villa.

Safety

  • Always lock the villa when leaving.

  • Do not leave the fireplace or stove unattended.

  • Be cautious with the jacuzzi, balcony, and slippery areas, especially during winter.

Parking

  • Private parking is provided for guests only.

  • Please use the assigned parking space during your stay.

Nature & Environment

  • Help us keep the mountain clean, do not leave trash outside.

  • Respect the local wildlife and avoid feeding animals.

  • Fires outside designated areas are strictly prohibited.

Loss or Theft

  • The property is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.

  • Use common sense and keep valuables stored safely.
